Anyone can achieve success if he will but prepare for it. What really makes an individual successful is the act of keeping on the will and determination to succeed, the headstrong tenacity because there have not been any trace of success without these qualities.
You are where you are today because that is exactly where you choose to be; when you wait for a more convenient time to do something, it blows away your chance of being a successful person.

To achieve any level of success above mediocrity,  to be a successful individual;

* You must do some soul searching to discover yourself, first come into the understanding of your true being and decide what you want for yourself.

* You must think positively and your thoughts must be full of possibilities. Don’t allow failure thoughts to fill your minds. Let your mind be free from discord, when your mind is full of discord, you will convey nothing but glumness, depression, despair, distrust and gloom.

* You must not hide your potential and inner qualities. Your success in life depend on how you organize and wisely direct the knowledge you have.

* Revisit your long pending ideas and talents and learn to express your ideas clearly and effectively so that other people can understand it.

* Don’t be discouraged, there should be no turning back, you have to work in the direction of your goal with a bull-dog tenacity.

* Learn from your mistakes and be patient, for impatience is one of  the killers of enduring success.

* Be a sincere, honest and tactful person especially when dealing with people business-wise.

Your success will depend on how assiduous you are in carrying out each of these steps. If you offer what no one has ever offered, then you will not be like every other person who has not.

Success is a product of pertinacious, perseverance, calmness and enduring growth, you can not develop success overnight just as a day old baby could grow a tooth quickly. Success can’t be achieved by pulling a few strings, quick wit and sealing a few fast deals, you must prepare for success.

Bear in mind that permanent success is determined by how you perform when you succeed at first, If your success goes to your head, you become haughty, unresponsive, standoffish and supercilious, then your success will be temporal and that means you lack the seed of enduring success .

Success doesn’t “just happen”. You have to be persistent to be a successful person.
