Humor Life self Healing - Yes

Our world is perscepted in many different ways! Problems will occur in everyone’s life! How we choose to handle those issues are what makes up the recipe to our environments that effects every person. When you cry because your sad or angry, your body releases energy through that emotional reaction to stress and anxiety. Why not find any situation to be funny in some sort of way! Humor will allow you to feel happy, which in turn allows you to make decisions in a positive way!

For example, your child is throwing a tantrum because he cannot have another piece of candy. Some parents might become angry and yell horrible language or harm their child out of frustration. They also may choose to ignore the behaviour and this can become a form of neglect! But, if you silently find this to be a humorous situation, it will allow you to approach the problem with a positive flow of energy!

It is a proven fact that humor elevates mood, and enhances wellness within the person that may even be very ill. Sometimes we have to teach ourselves to find humor at all. It can be hard to find stressful times in our lives funny, but if you learn this positive way of dealing with every day life, then but what can anything but good come of it? So go ahead and laugh! Make yourself laugh every day, and in one week you tell me if your perspective on life don’t seem a little bit easier!

Another common laugh to patch up things, is when you find ways to develop humor within your relationships with others! You and your spouse may be into an argument about who should wash the dishes. Why not crank up your favorite music and dance bumping each other while making funny faces at each other while you do the dishes together! Again, humor has developed a negative issue that could have led to an outrage of augments, have hence led to fun!

Learn to laugh at yourself! For example, I love to color my hair all different shades, and well this last time the chemicals caused all of my hair to die and fall out! At first I cried and hid within my home, never leaving it and slumped into a great depression. I then learned that it was rather funny when my two year old told me that I looked scary. I could not help but to chuckle and realize that my hair would grow back. I tease about my bald shaved head all of the time to help me cope with the uncomfortable view that I feel in the mirror! Humor is needed every day to help us all cope and learn to be happy. I can’t hear you! Chuckle, tickle yourself and laugh because life is to short to go one day without a smile!
